This team really did such a beautiful job! They answered my call politely and promptly, allowed me to set a budget and give them the creative space to make a beautiful arrangement for my loved one, and then delivered the arrangement on the same day (which was also a Saturday)! I’m a fan of excellent service and hard work, and this team truly deserved a shout out for delivering on both! They were priced reasonably and were consummate professionals. Very happy to have found them! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

They have a nice selection of bouquets for pretty much any event or holiday. I was able to walk in and get a very nice bouquet of roses for my wife's birthday. I had to do some traveling that day, and they provided me with a sturdy cardboard box to keep the vase upright. I believe they stay open for longer hours than a couple other nearby florists as well, which made the difference for me in this case. I wrapped the present, so it is not involved in this review haha.

Beautiful arrangement! Ordered online and they called me letting me know that the arrangement online compared to in person would be different and allowed me to pick out the flowers I'd like to have. Great communication, gorgeous flowers, fantastic customer service. Will be coming for flowers here on out!

Above and Beyond. Flowers were beautiful for our event and cost effective. Dawn was very knowlegeable and made invaluable suggestions to make costs affordable. The 4 Bouquets looked like a million bucks without the cost by using more affordable flowers. Flowers are very fresh and fragrant. Dawn also came in to complete them after a painful procedure. Her efforts were greatly appreciated. Lancaster Florist will be our go-to florist from now on. Attaching 4 bouquet photos from night of event and 2 from 5 days after. Still enjoying them and will for probably another 3-4 days or more. Just keeping them hydrated.

I cannot express how beautiful the flowers are! Staff is super helpful and friendly. Quality flowers! RIP to my mother and I thank them for delivering and setting up such beautiful flower arrangements

I can’t say enough about these ladies to explain how great they are. My fiancée passed away in September and the day before his service his mother calls me upset because the person that said they were going to take care of the flowers called and said they forgot and weren’t able to, leaving us in a panic & frantic to find something last minute, terrified at the quality we expected to get with such short notice and that’s if we could even get something at all in that time frame. I probably called every single florist in the area and none of the other places were able to / don’t want to bother trying. These ladies not only took on the mission but they stepped it up and went above and beyond for us. They did an AMAZING JOB and made THE MOST BEAUTIFUL ARRANGEMENTS, even better then I could have imagined. They take pride in their work and with the arrangements and it shows. Business with a heart and passion. They went out of there way to make sure they had exactly what we wanted for him, not just what they had or were willing to offer us like some others. The arrangements were stunning and absolutely perfect, the flowers were so fresh they lasted for two weeks before even showing signs of wilting. Thank you so much for caring. You made that day a little less stressful by taking the time to help us. I can’t speak highly enough about your business practice or your talent for assembling gorgeous arrangements. I will never go anywhere else.

Amazing customer service!!! Helped me pick a birthday bouquet for my mom and they ended up being more beautiful that the picture I was shown. The person that helped me was spanish speaking and so so helpful. I appreciate his help so much and my mom LOVED her flowers!!!

This is the best florist group in the entire AV. They are reliable, open when others aren't, and you can't beat their customer service. I only buy my flowers from. I will not go anywhere else ever again!

A wonderful group of ladies, very helpful and never felt judged at any point. They were very understanding with custom orders and had beautiful bouquets of flowers! Will be coming back!

Wonderful shop, lovely staff, stunning creations. I ordered this for my mom’s 80th birthday. The bird on a wire on top was a touching surprise. Her mother collected bird figurines so it was like her mom was wishing her a happy birthday.
